Gocole Foods always puts quality and on-time delivery first. We are committed to bringing quality products to customers in a reliable way. Before receiving the goods, please carefully check the product to ensure satisfaction.
If there is a situation where you ask someone else to receive the goods on your behalf, we encourage you to inspect the product before accepting. This helps ensure that the goods meet your expectations.
Committed delivery time is 72 hours from the time the order is successfully confirmed by Customer Service staff. However, if there are any problems leading to delivery being later than the committed time, we apologize and look forward to receiving feedback from you.
